Why do I get disconnected after 4 hours of use?

You will get disconnected because of the limited number of ports and the fact that 90% of all users do not need to be connected more than 4 hours, all units have been set to a 4-hour time limit. If you require more time, you should disconnect gracefully before the time limit and reconnect so that you do not loose your work.
